Rochester Public Transit

Here I am standing in 10 degree weather. Not only was the bus late, but then they drive by me. I have rpt. In Minnesota, missing a person on the bus line isn't just negligence, it is potentially harmful because if the weather. I was even waving to get the drivers attention. If this was the first time I would be upset, seeing as this is the 3rd time. I am livid! Route 16 at 530 near Jefferson school.

The bus was five minutes early today! I was walking to the stop and was about a block away when I saw the bus cruise on by at 1:12. The scheduled time was 1:17. This as been an ongoing problem at the stop near my house. The bus comes very early, late, or not at all. I called the company, but they haven’t been willing to address the problem.

Bus drivers are compkete liars and aren't making the stops that they're supposed to be making and leaving people waiting outside in the cold for half an hour! Worst company ever!

The bus gets me to where I need to go but it would be nice to have a dedicated transit center rather than the busy downtown. Not enough people are paying attention and like to drive fast around the buses. Not very safe.
