ReadyRefresh Bottled Water Delivery Service

If I could give ZERO starts I would! We had their service for over a year, the prices kept increasing, then we could not get in touch with customer service unless we sat on hold for 15-45 minutes at a time. You cannot cancel your account unless you call in and sit on hold forever. I tried to call and cancel 4 times in the last 2 months but could not sit on hold that long. Their customer service is a joke. Be prepared to sit for a very long time. I am still on hold now for the 5th time since you cannot cancel via chat or via your account. VERY FRUSTRATING! I will be canceling my home service now too!

Brandon is always very nice and places our bottles where we need them. We are reminded of our delivery dates in plenty of time in case changes are needed. We have been with this company for over 30 years.

Mario was really nice and friendly. His delivery was smooth and he was also nice to the kids. Also, he let me know about what I could get personally delivered to my home. Great person.

I had a lot of issues with the delivery delayed at times and did not receive it until the next week. They did make sure they take out the payment. I was very disappointed about that. I received a little discount on the next payments. I just received another delivery today and it was on time. The guy was very nice and respectful.
