I HIGHLY recommend Red River Offraod. I loved my experience with Gary on his jeep tour. He he's a great guy with lots of knowledge to share about the area. He's tour route was a very beautiful peace of the red river wilderness with lots of cool things to see. He is a very good man with nothing but good intentions. We brought our grandpa on the tour and he made sure that we knew it was OK that we were a little bit behind. It is a great experience to take with the family.

Trey was a great driver and guide. The scenery was fantastic and we truly got an off road experience like never before. Some of the off roading was really rough and so it's definitely not for everyone. Our family thought it was an experience of a lifetime that we'll never forget. Thanks Trey!

My husband and I had a great time on our jeep tour with Gary as our guide. We went up Pioneer Creek Road. Gary was very personable and knowledgeable about the mining history and geology of the area. We even got to go inside an old mine! I highly recommend his company if you want to take a tour or rent a jeep.

Do not under any circumstances do business with Gary. He is a rude, obnoxious jerk. And probably a bit imbalanced. My wife and I attempted to go on one of his scenic tours. When we arrived at his office, he was completely disorganized and didn't seem to know where anything was. He drew us a completely inaccurate map to get to the location of the trail head. When we finally arrived, he insulted both me and my wife several times and then accused us of having an attitude. If he had just apologized for his poor map, we would've gone on the tour. But he chose to be a Class A obnoxious jerk.
Gary is also a liar. In his response, he lied about asking us to leave the tour. We left the tour because he repeatedly insulted me and my wife. He has absolutely no class nor any concept of customer service.

We had so much fun on our snowcat tour! Gary is the absolute best and made sure a good time was had by all! The scenery was beautiful and he provide a lot of information on the history of the trail. Our 5 year old especially loved the stop to tube and sled down the snow bank! We also got to tour an old mine which was really cool! If you're planning a trip to Red River or Taos, this is a must do!! We definitely plan on coming back again.
