It's a nice experience but our air conditioning wasn't working and the phone wasn't working I've been there before and it was great but this time it wasn't up to standard and the didn't address the situation either but the shuttle service has great employees with great customer service I love them but management could use a boost when there is an issue

Fantastic spot at a great price. Great customer service. Manicured lawns, shuttle to and from the casino. Can't go wrong. It was too cold to try the pool but it look marvelous.

We had a family weekend here, stayed in the chalet. We only stayed overnight, but I had a smile the whole time we were there. Genuine and professional people that smiled. From the front desk to the workers in the buffet. And the shuttle driver recommended the buffet and the omelets are too die for.

All in all not to bad. Chalet could of been cleaner, hair and gum in various places. Feet were black after walking on the floor barefooted. We cleaned it and will definitely leave it cleaner then what we got it at. Nice placeground for kids tennis court and volley ball net. Service has been prompt and taking care of,, 5 stars for service. Couch and master bed is broken and favors one side not the most comfortable but it gets the job done. Bbq pit cooks well and I nice feature. Must note we did get the chalet for a week and at a discount so maybe the full price chalets are missing the negatives I noted.

Nice park great price. Went to a restaurant in the casino is there any place in the world that has a non-smoking casino. Went to the seven clan buffet uugh not good and it was smoky in there too.
