I know Katrina personally and she is extremely passionate about helping clients reach their health goals. She has a wealth of knowledge on nutrition, fitness, weight loss and can cater workouts to anyone's fitness needs. Katrina you are the the best!

Corporate Fitness Plans with lasting change; Katrina started a corporate fitness program with us in March 2016. Longest I ran before then was the bridge run (6.2 miles) many years ago. I have since completed the Kiawah Half Marathon (13.1 miles) in Dec and will be completing the Folly Beach Half in Feb. Don't worry running is not a requirement of reFORM studios. The goals are set by you and mine was not specifically running but it was a happy byproduct. If you are looking for results that are real and sustainable or want to change your lifestyle to keep up with your kids look better in clothes and feel like you can accomplish anything reFORM studios is the right place for you.

I couldn't speak more highly of what it's like to work with Katrina and her staff. Katrina shows the knowledge, compassion, encouragement and care like I've never seen from a fitness mentor before. She really gets it and has been incredibly supportive and helpful with my fitness goals. reFORM rocks!!

The team at reFORM Studios takes the time to make sure their clients are on the right track to achieving their fitness goals, all the while building a personal relationship with all of their clients. Just a quick note to say how great it is to work with Katrina and her team. I have enjoyed participating with them on personal training, TKO Class, Saturday Boot Camp and a charity run (with my 14 yr. old) (and hope to do so in the future)
