Regal Cinemas Spartan 16

I would give them zero stars if I was able to. We went to a movie and there was caution tape at the row above us. As we were waiting for the movie to begin we realized that the ceiling was leaking, moments later part is the ceiling fell right behind us. We asked to speak to a manager and when we told him what happened he responded rudely that, that’s why he moved us down. He personally didn’t do anything and that didn’t change the fact that they were continuing to show a movie in a threater that the roof was falling in. Brandon Loftis was the manager we dealt and at first he said he couldn’t refund and could only give us vouchers. I told him that wouldn’t work and we needed our money refunded. When he finally began the refund he said, “do y’all not come to the movies?” As if going to the movies and having the ceiling cave in behind you is normal.. All this man had to do was apologize for the ceiling falling in behind us and refund us our money but he decided to respond rudely. Never again will we spend any money here again.

This is the nicest movie theater in spartanburg. It has all the newest movies and a great selection of high quality movie theater food to pick from. It is a bit on the expensive side but worth it.

Don't catch the flu. Above average movie theater with I do like the butter your own popcorn option. It definitely helps since I have never to my knowledge do I remember actually receiving fresh popcorn. The concession line was slow Because only 2 individuals were working. Still, better than most.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Theatre was clean and the Staff were friendly. We watched Jumanji and loved it. The popcorn and drinks were great!!! Will definitely be back for future movies. Thanks for the Awesome Date Night!!!!

This was our first visit and it will not be our last. The theater is very clean and still has that grand opening feel. It is a little more expensive on their matinee prices. An incredible amount of free parking, but then there are a lot of screens here.
