My boy had his end of the year school field trip to big e and he and his classmates had a great time.
Will definitely be back again! It's very unlikely to save enough tickets, 2,000,000, to get a motorcycle but it's a nifty idea that they have big prizes like that to save up for!

Went for the first time to see the black panther in 3D. Love it. The Big E is special in it self. You have movie theatres, bowling, arcade, putt putt golf and trail climber why would you want to go to any other movie theatre this incumbents every enjoyment possible for small kids and adult kids as this 55 year old is. Grandparents a great place to spend the day or just hours with your grandchildren and there great restaurant in walking distant.

It's a clean place, the staff is friendly and their snack bar food isn't half bad, but their arcade is whatever. They have like, the most common newest arcade games you could possibly think of (games from Raw Thrills). When it was Starmax, the selection of games was better but the staff was borderline unfriendly.
If they had '90s games I grew up with like House of the Dead and Crazy Taxi, I'd probably be here more, but the games here are kid-friendly. It's a "family entertainment center" so what's to expect.
It's worth going to for bowling, laser tag and seeing a movie, but I wish they'd branch out a bit on the arcade.

Nice big place to bring your kids. Great bowling alley. However the screens and seating area in the movie theater are kind of small. They have a tendency to over sell tickets since they are smaller theaters. The quality of the picture was good and I didn't hear a lot from the other films next door. If you have children it's a great place to bring them.

Theater seats were very comfortable. The sound was a little too loud for the kids, they ended up holding their hands over their ears through some of the previews, but it evened out during the main feature. The play area was great! It encouraged lots of activity, and was cushioned and safe for even the smaller children (we had ages 3 & 5). Prices were reasonable and staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
