This place always has reasonable priced rooms and relatively inexpensive. But when you only make 900 a month like me with medical bills out the ying Yang I find that the Hilton has more reasonable prices.

Mrs. Brenda makes that place comfort zone. She is the sweetest and if you disagree it's probably cause the truth hurts. But I've never had problems there she does outstanding work keeping that place together. If it wasn't for her, I don't think that place would be habbitaiable.

Great Place to stay!!!! We stayed in one of the 1 King Bed Room Non Smoking during our visit to Kansas City, Kansas.The moment you walk in, the place is very clean and smells wonderful. Desk people are nice, but most often you will find the manager working the desk. They were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and we had at least 4 people including the manager ask if things were fine and whether it was too cold or too hot which it was neither. Very clean and fresh hotel. One of the best places I have staying in a long time. All things considered, it was just right for us. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

And that's pushing it! Top 2 worst I have stayed in. Only reason they even get a star, let alone 2, is because of the nice front desk lady. She gave us a room when everything else was booked due to the holiday!

Horrible!!! It should be closed down. Payed for 1 week, 1st room no heat, 2nd no water. Then the whole room flooded. Asked for a refund and was told no because I had been there more than 3hrs. No TV the whole week. Finally had hot water and water to sink and toilet last 2 days. Key cards never worked. There was a winter storm that week and they didn't do anything for the ice. My mother slipped and fell getting out of her car and cracked her elbow. I really wanted my money back to stay somewhere else but since they wouldn't refund my money, I had no choice but to stay there.

This was the most horrible place I have ever stayed at. The only reason I went there is because they had free Wifi and my kids needed that and they said they were getting it fixed but 3 days later, it still wasn't fixed. Also, there were tons of disgusting roaches which I killed over 100 of when I was there and there was mice also. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone.

I didn't even stay I asked for a pen and the black american women behind the glass was snobby. I was trying to get a number cause my 18 wheeler broke down and the black lil snobby slobby lady told me to leave soon as I ask for the pen. She said do I know you. I was about to explain and she said sir you need to leave and look like both they family's lounging in the lobby. On the morning of 01/16/21yes that quick I knew I'd had to share that experience

Because it had a bed bug infestation and the first room she gave me was dirty. They don't refund your money because they alreAdy know it's infestated. I'm a truck driver and don't need thAt in my truck. This place needs to be mandatory shut down until they fix the problem. Never Again will I stAy hereRooms: 1/5

The worst place ive seen! We walked into our room and it immediately smelled cigarette and marijuana. The beds had dirty old blankets that dragged all on the floor, the bathroom was disgusting, not even cleaned and had spider webs and bugs all over the sink and tub. We had no light, just in the bathroom, so we immediately walked out and told the clerk we weren't staying due to my little sister asthma, he said to call in the morning when a Manager would be able to get a refund but when I did, the manager said no because we "hadn't canceled in 24 hours" and hanged up on me! He was just extremely rude, not only im upset at the type of trash this place is but, at the fact that theres people that rent this trash to others just wanting to take their money! i would report this to the police in a heart beat but I didn't have time because I was only there on a one night vacation to Worlds of Fun, as i type this im still upset about this shity ass place. I recommend NO ONE to stay in this piece of crap!
