DRIVERS INSTRUCTORS PROMOTING THE HATE CRIME AND PREJUDICE AND DISCRIMINATION WHILE TEACHING ----------- That black woman who wears a ponytail short stature and she is a instructor now, which was a bad choice of RTC passed me up again today at the same bus stop as in every day. Now my question is : Why is she allowed to teach this mambo jambo to the new apprentice or rookie ?????? She instruct the white shirt driver to stop the bus in front of the bank instead stopping in front of the bus stop as she should, and the passengers of the bus get dropped off and as for me I remain at the bus stop without getting picked up.......I am tired of this driver run RTC at her own way, for that reason of discrimination and racism and prejudice and hate, I will put this comment of today on the map of Google so the whole world will be able to see it. All that she is teaching him is the hate crime, which is pass up people that she doesn't like at the bus stops, You supervisors should teach her to leave her feelings at home before she comes to work. Because this driver she takes her profession very personal. I ride with RTC for 9 years and I have never seen something so monstruous like this job performance of a bus driver and teacher instructor. I want to invite a supervisor to come at this bus stop hiding across the street when she is driving and instructing the new apprentice probably is every tuesday at 7:09 am to watch her job performance operation promoting the hate crime towards someone who wears veil over their heads in an undercover operation to find out for yourselves. -----------That black lady driver did again today passing me up again and she stopped the bus at the starbucks instead of stopping at the bus stop # 6126 as she should. RTCSNV is the worst public transportation system I have ever experienced in my life! The buses are never on time, they don't connect and there is no accountability in their part for their flaws and fallacies. There is no complaint number to call and a human being can never be reached when you call their contact number. The bus experience in Las Vegas is horrible. RTC is not dependable and half of the drivers have an "I don't care" attitude. I am starting to hate taking public transportation out here in Vegas. I am a paying patron who purchases monthly passes every month. It is very unorganized and they really need to step their service levels up because I am going to let any and everyone know how bad their service is. I stood at the 210 bus route bus stop on Lake Mead and Civic Center for 45-50 mins at 6p waiting for a bus to show up that is supposed to run every 25 mins. It's ridiculous! And when the damn bus finally appeared, there were two of them...and this happens on the regular. Some times, scheduled buses don't even show up!

RTC has a lot of potential but drivers are worthless. I can not understand how people that are emplyoed by this company can be so rude for no reason. Half of the drivers don't even know the routes, the other half are born with with a rusty spoon up their behinds and pretend it's silver. I'm fed up paying money and supporting this company when they treat me like dirt. I'm very respectful and polite to even the rudest drivers. Please hire great ful people or go out of business.

Poor service drivers cant drive worth a damn either running red lights because they are always late or slamming on the breaks because they are busy texting while driving

I missed three busses today because I waited for the bus at two bus stops that are closed. RTC needs to update their bus stop locations on the Google transit website.
