Great service! Our flight was late and to top it off American Airlines left 2 of our 3 travelers bags in Charlotte. AA put our luggage on the next flight but had to wait over a hour for the flight to come in. Richard stayed with us and then took us to our hotel afterwards. Beyond thankful he waited with us on our luggage. Not to mention it was 3:00 in the morning by the time we got to the hotel. He went above and beyond!!

Simply put....
DON'T USE THEM.
They want you out front 3 hours before your flight...
After 55 min wait we took a cab for $7 per person.
Plenty of cabs and shuttles readily available.
Don't ruin your trip using Bell.
Bell doesn't leave the airport till the shuttle is full and then they need to stop at each resort.
A cab for the same price gets you there in 15 minutes.

Waiting to leave 45 min: on the bus. Still waiting to leave. Southwest screwed this one! Show time is way better! 3 hours before your flight? Really Bell? Get your act together people!

I booked the shuttle through Southwest Vacations. I then decided I wanted to book a share a ride limo. I called customer service and got a not helpful person. I was asking questions and he was doing everything to get me off the phone. I had questions about what to do when I got to Vegas because I had never been there and about the vouchers which he had no idea what I was talking about. I went to the website and sent a complaint through there, I also sent an email to the general manager. The general manager,Carl, called me within a half hour of receiving the email. I also received an email back from another person apologizing for the customer service I received and was assured that it was forwarded to the appropriate people. I called the next day and I talked to Carl. He was very apologetic and said he listened to the tape and heard what I had to deal with. He explained everything I had to do when I got to Vegas. So we get to Vegas and there is a private car waiting for us. We were very shocked. The driver was fantastic On the day we left, I got a text that the private car had been dispatched and then got a call from the driver telling us when he would be there and he would be waiting for when we were ready. So even though it started out shaky, they really pulled through with the customer service. Will definitely use them again. If you have problems, don't hesitate to email the general manager.

Purchased one of the round trip airport to hotel vouchers and received TWO receipts...misplaced one receipt and fortunately had the other half inside my wallet, presented it to the driver upon departure they stated they couldn’t accept that receipt even though it had the date of purchase, amount and time stamped. He called the airport desk and spoke with a woman who refused to accept or acknowledge the receipt I had...and proceeded to request $8. Do not waste time with this company ...support local Uber/Lyft drivers. You will get to your destination much quicker without waiting on a slew of other riders and stops in between, and depending on the driver you can definitely skip out on excessive braking.
