Always anxious with shuttles the Super Shuttle was easy. This trip to the airport was far better than my trip from. I had to write a review.

The wait of over an hour for pick-up seems typical of other's experience; no excuse for so many occurrences. We had this happen on a Wednesday; it seems that they have fewer drivers on Tuesday and Wednesday - maybe other days are better. But the wait if more than one person is being transported does not seem worth the slightly lower cost; a taxi or Uber for 2 or more seem a far better deal rather than waiting so long. But the driver was very good!
Also, the web-based Super-shuttle 'check-in' on arrival at the Las Vegas airport directed us to a particular airport exit; to a booth there - many exits down from where we picked up our luggage. The booth was empty (in the middle of the afternoon) when we arrived - with a note that directed us back to where we had started from in the first place! then the wait. Not a very auspicious start to a vacation. Good thing it got better from there.

Reserved a shuttle from Vegas airport to strip, transaction was easy enough to do online.
Received an email to check in upon landing and promptly did so, directions to meeting location were good.
Surprised to find out there was a 30-40 minute wait and my options were to stand around outside in the “waiting pen” for my ride.
A large group was delayed and ended up getting a different taxi.
There was one empty shuttle that didn’t pick anyone up and another that half filled while other passengers waited.
Would not recommend. Take any other form of transportation and avoid this.

The process was so easy. I booked online as well as called the reservation center. I spoke with Alex, she went above and beyond to make sure our trip back to the airport was a success. She checked different rates. She actually booked to reservations that night. She provided exemplary customer service.

Terrible customer service. We scheduled our pick up shuttle 2 days prior. The day of we called to get information about our shuttle and all was good. After about 15 minutes, and no shuttle, we called again. We were then informed that NO ONE would be picking us up. No courtesy call. We had just spoken to them too and we weren't informed. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU WANT TO MISS YOUR FLIGHT.
