This is the second week my son has used this service. He suffers a brain injury and is 100% wheelchair dependent. I just discovered, DCMT forgot to pick him up from his appointment. When I called the operator said there was a "Mix up" on his pick-up time, and they will be sending a driver as soon as one is available. This is inexcusable!! I'm now concern about my son's safety when relying on DCMT.

This company us awesome I love all the drivers every respectful helpful I'm wheel chair bound they are always willing to help wouldn t want any other transportation
