Family caught cab Daniel Habte the driver took them from premium outlet supposed to go to Main Street Hotel took them to the strip they told him to go to the hotel but finally they complain and jump out paying way more. Ripped off artist. If you see cab#2385 Don't get in. He said go complain take his picture so arrogant.

Was feeling lazy so took a cab after almost 4 years!!! Reminder of why taxi cabs are a quickly dying breed. Paid 25% more than an Uber, got yelled at by the driver for not tipping him, got charged $3 for using my credit card and a cramped back seat. My fault for being lazy.

Cab driver 3073 was rude and disrespectful. He took us out of the way of the hotel and when we tried to communicate with him, we were completely ignored. Total disappointment

Today at 7:45am I was waiting at the Crosswalk at Washington betwee TENAYA and Buffalo and my cross walk light turned green so I started crossing and a yellow cab pulled up and stopped blocking the Crosswalk and then ran the red light almost hitting me. The driver was olive skin dark hair in 40-50s.

Visited Las Vegas for the first time with my wife. On arrival we used your cab service to get to mgm grand and it was a pleasant drive we chatted with your employed driver and get tips from him. We tipped him what we thought was a good enough tip and he never complained. Going back to the airport once again we used your cab service it was a pleasant drive until we got to the airport and paid cash and the driver literally held us at gun point without the gun for a bigger tip than I was giving him. I'm so f...king pissed. How ever I'm not here to make trouble with anyone I gave him the tip. I hope he reads this and feels proud to be a thief and a dick for demanding more tip. We took your cab service from mgm to the west jet terminal Friday 9th of March 2018 about 6pm. I'm glad the cab service is going dead !
