This is by far the worst company (not just moving company) I have ever interacted with. They are rude, completely unreliable, and you will have damaged and missing items.

I have to say things started off a little rocky. They were scheduled to pick up my fathers stuff 9/2/17. They called me and let me know that they would not be able to pickup due to the truck that was coming was full. This went on for 4 days, and in my opinion all they would have had to do is tell me it would be a few days and I would have understand. So on the day that they showed up Ben and his driver were so professional. They were hand working, fast and very courteous. They wrapped and protected all my dads furniture like it was their own. Ben gave me complete faith back in the company even to the point that when my wife and I move we will use them as long as Ben is part of our move.
Great Job Ben Z. Keep up the good work.

If you want you items stolen and damaged use this place! They stole Gold watches, silver dollars from a box,where it was at the bottom of the box and box was completely sealed! I had my crystal packed in bobble wrap with pop corn and wrapped in paper, new box of course. When it was delivered it looked like someone played soccer with the box,most of my items were broken. I had two other box's that had expensive items as well,those were never delivered to me, and on pick up date,THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, AND WERE A DAY LATE! Find another mover, this one is a joke, and is just going to cost you money,and steal what they can from you! If I could give negative stars,would be negative 100!

Horrible customer service. We called for over a month to try and get our belongs delivered but every time we were just told they would talk to dispatch and call us back. After waiting for days we would call again only to get the same response and no call back. It seems like it's a very disorganized company and I would never trust them for any job again. There was also many items broken and missing when we finally got our belongings. Save yourself the trouble and rent a truck instead of using pheonix.

UPDATE: When we told them they were in breach of contract and they needed to either deliver our stuff or tell us where it was, they made us pay full price still to drive 3 hours to where the storage facility was that they were holding our things hostage at, rent a U-Haul, load it ourselves, and take it back and unload it on our own. My husband and I had to do it all ourselves. They gave us an option of taking $300 off our price, but only if we signed a piece of paper completely releasing them from all damages and liability to our things before we had even seen our stuff or were able to make sure our belongings were even in the storage unit they told us it was in, and said we couldn't post any negative reviews or send the info to the BBB or the AG's office, which we've done both. When we finally got our stuff, we had boxes that were smashed, broken glass all over, and some of our boxes were completely unwrapped, the tape was cut, and they obviously went through all our belongings. TBD if it's even all there. Hate to say it, but it was worth $300 for everyone else to know what scumbags these people are.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We have been waiting almost 2 months for them to deliver our things and they won't. For starters, the price that they gave us for our quote is not what they charged us. They wound up charging us way over what they said they would, for only a few extra items. We knew that it would be a little bit more that the quote but it wound up being over $1000 more than that what they originally quoted us. One of their excuses was that our normal sized 3-seater couch was too "bulky." Next, when we requested our things in writing after a specific day, I received written confirmation back that they would be delivered shortly after that date, and then they tried to deliver our things two days before they were supposed to and we did not have the keys to our apartment then. They tried telling us that we could get a storage unit where they would deliver our things and they would give us a $100 credit for a U-Haul to move them after. I told him that was unacceptable and we had paid for them to deliver our things from point A to point B and we did not have anyone to help us unload everything. As a mother with a seven month old baby, it is very difficult to function in an empty apartment without our things or a CRIB. They delivered our things to the storage unit anyway and told us they would have someone come pick it up the following week and deliver it from the storage unit. We call them almost every single day, and they say they will call us back once they speak to dispatch (who is ALWAYS out of the office) and do not. One time, they told us our things would be delivered on Labor Day and after waiting around all day and wasting our holiday weekend, they STILL didn't show up. They've told us that they do not HAVE to deliver our things for 30 business days, which is ridiculous in itself, but now it has been way past the 30 business days they're supposedly allotted and they still are not in any hurry to find someone to deliver our things from the storage unit to our apartment! Their staff can be rude and incompetent, the only woman who has been remotely helpful quit because she "just couldn't take it anymore," and we will be taking legal action if our things are not delivered soon. There's your warning, if you want to be ripped off, use this company!!
