Paid for round trip ride waited forever to get dropped off to go hotel as expected but Was told to call 3 hours before our retuning which our flight was at 8am so we called at 5 am 3 hours before and was told that we missed the 5am and we will not be able to be picked up because the next shred van was not until 6am !!!! If we were told that there would be scheduled rides we would have been there to make a 5 am trip we were never told that they schedule certain times we ended. Up having to take lyft also customer service sucks very rude over the phone

Took forever... If you are impatient or in a hurry like I am Don't use shared ride. Our Uber was a 15 min wait so we opted for this instead, bad call... It was mass confusion on what van to get on then a half hour sitting on the van before it even left the airport. Thank goodness Harrah's was the second stop so we were off quick once we got going.

Thought it would be quicker and cheaper than a taxi or a ride share. It may have been cheaper when we first landed but after waiting an hour to be picked up not sure what we saved since the rush was over. First one in a line of our designated group and we were originally going to be at our hotel pretty quickly until their staff finally noticed that they may want to have him take the other groups standing there waiting for their designated driver as well. So, waited an hour for the driver to show up and then another hour while he dropped everybody off. If this is the norm there's no wonder why they are rated so poor.

If I could leave zero stars, I would have. The customer service was terrible, the driver was unfriendly, the ride took an hour from the airport to treasure island, and it is the same price as a taxi. I know this because my shuttle never showed up for my transfer back to the airport, forcing me to call a cab. I reserved the ride 24 hours in advance, and when I called to say my shuttle hadn't arrived, it took over 30 minutes before getting connected with an actual person. That person was also very rude. I would never recommend Bell to anyone.
