We used them three times during our wedding day. Two drivers, Michael and John were very polite and made us feel welcome and made our experience that much better. John was also very understanding for our last drive to our hotel. Fabienne was also key in signing us up!

Used this service to transport my office team members from the airport to the hotel and then back at the end of our trip. Excellent service. Driver was waiting for us as soon as we landed. He communicated with me immediately and helped with the luggage. The bus was fantastic!! There were 13 of us total and we had plenty of space for our luggage and us. The bus was new with a television that had music videos on it and cold water for all of us. The return visit was just as great. He was there early and waiting for us. We will definitely use them again when we return to Vegas!!

I am planning a huge event celebrating a 50th Birthday Celebration. I have made many arrangements, one in which consisted of a Party Bus, however I booked it through a third party who was assisting in my arrangements, when doing so, they failed to assist me to the best of their ability causing all types of confusion and conflict between me and my arrangement to have a Party Bus available on the specific time and date that I needed. Instant frustration and disappointment as what I thought was booked specifically for my party was never available as they confirmed for my reservation. A very, very, very long story short, in speaking with the owners of Vegas Limo Coach directly, we were able to understand one another better in what issue persisted, the resolve from all of this conflict ending with the owner, Fabienne getting to the bottom of everything. She truly went out of her way to ensure that I was a customer who was satisfied and even though the situation was out of her control and not caused by her company, she still went the extra mile in making sure I was accommodated and had the Party Bus I needed, the crazy thing about this is for starters SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO ASSIST ME in this instance and secondly SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN A PARTY BUS EVEN IF THAT MEANT BOOKING THROUGH ANOTHER SISTER COMPANY AND TAKING UP THE DIFFERENCE. This was not expected and truly a blessing, I admire a business that will do anything to ensure customer satisfaction even in the worst of situations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in booking a party bus, they are highly professional and most of all genuinely very sweet and caring!
