Well I was one of the senior on the trip to Dana Point March 11 our group was to leave on Saturday at 3:45 AM well that didn't happen because your bus had a mechanical problem so it was after 5AM and then a flat tire occurred by Baker,CA another hour or so delayed. Then your bus driver decided to go to San Diego before someone in our group said something my GPS also noted this missed off ramp but I thought the driver knew what he was doing but apparently not!!!! He was a bus driver only he did not help the guy changing the tire to move things along or did he help seniors on or off the bus, how do I know this because I helped them on and off the bus. He attitude  and professionalism was inappropriate for all situations that were on hand that day, Frank Roush

GREAT COMPANY AND AWESOME customer service!! Camille helped assisting finding a phone of my fiance who used the charter buses to get to the Army base down there. Even was nice enough to mail the phone to him at the base in California.  Thank you for going out of your way and thank you so much for helping us out :)
