Poor service. Should be 0 stars. Driver saw us approach the vehicle after purchasing tickets but stayed inside the locked vehicle for about 4 minutes (eating) before unlocking the doors to take our luggage and let us in. He mentioned to another passenger a few minutes later and said we would be waiting an hour. I asked if we would be waiting an hour and he responded he was not talking to me and I could get a refund. I got a refund and took a cab. Better customer experience and overall value for $5 more.

Michael was a great driver and even in Memorial Day traffic, at 10pm, he got everyone to their hotels quickly. He knows his way around Vegas and was very helpful and informative. I hope he drives my limo next time I’m here.

I wish I would have read reviews before paying for roundtrip service. Took forever to get to hotel from airport seemed as though driver was going up and down the street dropping folks off.
On the day of return, driver was 20 min late. I called twice. The first time I was told "she" was on the way to our hotel. Second time I called, I was told that "he" was on Fremont, had one more stop then was coming to pick us up.
I gave up and took a shuttle... Flight was boarding by the time we made it through security. Don't waste your money on this company.

Seems to be a common theme with this company. I should have done my due diligence and read the reviews before I paid for a round trip ticket.
The shuttle never showed up for my return trip 4/12/2018. I called twice asking for a status and I was told that they could not locate the driver. (?) I got tired of waiting and being put on hold and time was ticking and I did not want to miss my flight. I ended up taking another shuttle service company and paid again. I contacted ODS via chat and the lady I chatted with asked that I send an email to the communications Center Supervisor who in turn replied right away stating that the accounting department would refund my money.
Go with another shuttle service or better yet take Uber or Lyft if you can.

The Limo didn’t even had water in it, dirty coffe cup was in the cup holder from previous passenger, the drive was far from smooth and it seemed like the driver was in a rush to different job... poor service, the only reason why I gave them 2 start is because the car was relatively new.
