EXCELLENT service!!! Jamie is my esthetician, she is excellent!!! The service and products they use are good quality. I have done laser, which is GREAT for those areas where u want to get rid of unwanted hair. Also, I have done facial!! Super relaxing and excellent for my skin.

I lost over 50 pounds in less than 5 months using the Remedy program. I have been able to keep the weight off by following the suggested eating guidelines. Dr. Cleveland and his staff take good care of you and you won't be sorry for signing up for this program, follow the guidelines, eat right and you WILL lose weight.

I became affiliated with Remedy through a one of their past employees approximately two and a half years ago. I have received treatments from skin care lines to Thermage, and I am always pleased with the results of services. This, however, is not the primary reason I continue to have Remedy as my MediSpa. Dr. Cleaveland and his staff have ALWAYS treated me with the best attitude that is of respect and humor. Dr. Cleveland has always worked with me as an individual for my needs, never pushed unnecessary procedures and such, he more so tries to help me get feeling my best, looking my best, without unnecessary spending. After my third child, he saved my me from a looming weight issue. I really appreciate this business, Dr. Cleveland, Alkanah, and their staff. I have referred many their way and will continue to do so.

I went for services and was not happy because of not being informed of what not to do before treatments after I had been 4 times and they weren't working well. I wasted money through not having the proper information and wrote 2 emails which never received a response. Disappointment
