Story

It has been a dream of mine to open a restaurant since I can remember. Over the last 15 years I have had the privilege to work in some of the best restaurants in the country and the world. During those years I have been blessed with meeting and working with some amazing and talented individuals, one of those being my partner and wife Sandra Navarro. Together we have cultivated an amazing team and have developed a vision to come back home (for me) and open a restaurant.


Project Grace will be a contemporary Italian restaurant that lives in the season at hand and finds it’s inspiration from the different regions of Italy and the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. We aim to create a unique and memorable experiences through thoughtful service, food, drinks and ambiance.
