Johnna was amazing!! We initially reached out through Trulia for a property we were interested and she made the process quite easy. She gave us all the pros and cons of the property just to make sure it was the right choice for us which it was. She also provided a detailed tour and was quite patient with all of our questions. She has been following up with us in each step after we submitted the application to keep us informed. Thank you Johnna!!

We found a property on Trulia that we were interested in and were very impressed with Rose's service from the start. She was quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We are a military family, so we had to do everything sight unseen. Rose was honest and thorough and made the process easier on us. We are happy in our home!

Stay away from This Company. Absolute fraudulent. I'm going to court with them because they refused to return deposit. First: in Move out instructions they telling you not to paint the walls or fix any holes in the walls from nails and then charging you $1144 for repairs. Garage door tension spring broke because of age and and they want tenant to pay for repair. Stay away from this company. Bunch of crooks. I moved out on 08/15 and on 09/28 they telling me that i owe them money for repairs without even being able to provide any invoices :-...scammers. I'll see everyone in the Court. Also, your landlord claiming MD Residency while living in Florida. Maryland Financial commissioner should audit your company and Frank Jackson ...your Landlord.

This company steals. They lead you on to collect app fees. Mary told us we had no problem although our credit score was 20 points below what the landlord supposedly demanded. They charge $45 per person who will reside there. Maryland law caps it at $25 unless they can prove the process costs that much. They’ve yet to provide this information. My wife has worked in property management for 40 years and got complete checks for $13 and it was one fee, not per person. These people are crooked. Stay far away from them.

My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of working with Mary Dominick while renting a new home. She was extremely helpful and super responsive throughout the whole application/rental process. 10/10 would recommend Mary to anyone looking to move to the MD area.

My nephew put in an application, followed by mine as his cosigner, We both paid fees and never heard back from the company. We have since found out that the listing for the property we were applying for was removed by the owner. We have tried to contact the Agent Ronald Ridgardo without success. He does not answer his phone and his voicemail is full. Customer Service is not able to direct us to anyone else. I would highly recommend staying away from this company.
