Required Fitness

I have been going here for years since I was 15, now I’m 23 and every time I visit home from my new job location I come back. Gym is always clean, people are friendly, and it’s really an all in one experience as they offer standard memberships, training, boot camps, and the age range is a variety of all ages from high-school to elders - 20/10 experience. If you like a planet fitness or large chain gym vibe the key difference and reason why I prefer Required Fitness is that it’s got an amazing local and customized feel. Love this place.

I like 24 gyms, but what is my money paying for? Certainly not getting equipment fixed. I’ve seen the out of order signs for months. Doesn’t even seem like they’re trying to get these fixed. My money also isn’t paying for a clean bathroom. The men’s restroom constantly smells like urine.

We have been going to Required fitness for 3 years now. Things I like most about the gym -Very friendly atmosphere -Lots of different types of folks ranging from serious athletes to folks just trying to get into shape. Everyone is friendly, but there to workout! -Just the right size. I've been lifting 5 days a week for about 30 years now. They have everything I need, but its a lot easier to get at than in one of the huge big-bog gyms -Its about 5 minutes from my house If you live, within 10 minutes of Required Fitness and want to work out, the go give Required Fitness a try. Its much better to support small businesses like Required Fitness than the big box gyms.

Really like this gym. Pretty minimalist setup but perfect for strength training. Could use another squat rack or two but it's a good spot. Edited to add:. This place is under new ownership and everything has improved across the board.

Love this place! They recently had a deep clean done and the gym looks great! The service and vibe in this gym is unbeatable and the staff is very friendly!

Great gym, love that it's 24/7 no excuses not to be fit. Staff is nice, bathroom is clean and it has the equipment you need.

Great 24/7 gym. Awesome staff and people here. My girlfriend and I look forward to coming here together everyday. Would recommend highly for anyone looking for a great local gym!

Its a good local gym. Nothing too crazy I think as far as gyms go. It does get a little busy here and there but if you are like me and dont have a set time every day to workout.

They must be crazy to try to charge $35/mo for this tiny place. That's more than la fitness just down the street. They were $24 last year and when they raised the price lots of members bailed. I don't mind paying $35 for a nice gym but this place is definitely not worth it for their limited equipment and how small it is.
