Revere Health Weight Management - North Orem

I started here almost a year ago and it's been great! The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgable and they really want you to succeed. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Love this place they have been so good to me and teaching me how to change my unhealthy lifestyle into a healthy one. This isn’t a loose 50 pounds in a month type of place, it’s ehere they set goals for you and slowly teach you new and better ways to loose weight. I’m so happy I found this clinic.

Good service but their billing dept is a joke. I was told by the doctor, nurse and secretary that my bill would be $50 because I’m on the self pay option and that was the cheapest route. I’m in college so money isn’t always available so I paid the $50 at the time of my visit. I then received a bill that was for $140 which came out of left field. I called and they said that bill would be taken care of and then proceeded to get another one of $110 with highlights and hand written notes on this bill that were rather condescending. I called again to ask about it and received a person who was very unprofessional and rude. I then said well I’d like to pay this and be done with this organization and he said “oh good, I’m glad to hear that”. So I think this clinic is good if you don’t go in expecting to pay what the doctor or secretaries tell you and you don’t have to deal with the asinine staff in billing.

Had my second appointment today and I am just amazed with the staff! everyone is so kind and helpful, They tell me what I need to do and how to change my diet, but there isnt any shamming or making me feel bad! which I love. I feel comfortable, I am so happy I found this place!
