Skinny Utah

This is a fantastic program. The staff is supportive and available to answer questions. They helped me learn to be healthier while feeding my body foods it likes best. I lost the weight I wanted to and feel all around better. The best part is that you get to eat normal food you buy at the grocery store. It is hard, but it works, and after all nothing worth having comes easy.

I have tried a lot of things to lose the weight. Not only am I losing the weight I feel so much better. Stairs don't look so intimidating! The staff is great. They are staffed by medical doctors, that was a selling point for me to try it. I lost 16 lbs so far and that is a great motivation to stay with it. Thanks for the program and support!

Well let me get started here... I think this is an incredible program. If you can stick to it for the 40 first days, you will definitely lose the initial 20 lbs yo want to. I haven't stepped into the second phase as of yet, but I know if it keeps my 20 lbs off I will be ecstatic about the program. the staff has worked with me completely and has even come in on their days off to support me. This has been a blessing as I have a difficult schedule to adhere to. so far I give them a 5 star rating.

If you are looking for changing your current lifestyle, then you have found just the place! After doing this program, I feel so much healthier and more in control of my body and my eating habits! Definitely would recommend to anyone! :)

For the last 8 Years I have struggled to maintain a healthy weight and energy levels. Anything that worked in the past was unsuccessful and I never experienced enough results to maintain motivation. With Skinny Utah, I’ve already dropped weight, and seen a huge increase in my mood and a decrease in anxiety and irritability. I’m so excited to continue this journey to health and well being!
