Hands down Richmond Hearing Doctors is the best in town! It's always an enjoyable, helpful, informative (and sometimes fun!) experience. Everyone in the office is so nice and they're very flexible about working you in when something unexpected happens. I'd been a patient at other audiology offices before picking Richmond Hearing Doctors. 'So glad I did. My hearing challenges have greatly improved since I started going to them. They're great at making recommendations that suit my lifestyle (and pocketbook).

The Richmond Hearing Doctors staff is extremely helpful and responsive with issues related to my hearing.  A shout out to Dr. Leah Ball who is always available and provides information clearly.  This is a practice I highly recommend.

The Best!  RHD staff and Dr. Ball are extremely responsive when needed for hearing aid repairs and in general for appointments, etc.  I love Dr. Ball and the entire staff.  They gave me my hearing back. Literally has changed my life for the better.  Losing ones hearing is an emotional experience as well and everyone at RHD is understanding and respectful.  I highly recommend this group!

The services I received at Richmond Hearing Doctors were excellent.  Dr. Leah Ball was wonderful - easy to talk to and made having to hear a hearing aid not so ominous.  I would highly recommend her.

Great people and service! They helped navigate me down the road of which product was right for me, how it would help, and the best options to pay for it. They really care.
