Ascent Audiology and Hearing

I have been using this audiologist for over 5 years. The customer service is excellent....none better anywhere. The audiologist is very flexible and willing to help in any way and the front office staff, Kelly is exceptionally helpful. When their office moved to Dumfries about 5 years ago, I elected to stick with this audiologist instead of finding one closer to my house. It's a great establishment.

My 82 year old Dad was visiting from CA and one of his hearing aids stopped working. I called Ascent, they said come on by and in 10 minutes they were BOTH cleaned and were made operating perfectly. I'm sure they could have charged a hefty sum to do the "repair" but they handed them back to my Dad and didn't charge us a penny! It is nice to see a company offering fair, friendly and professional service still in the community. Great company and highly recommended.

I have been utilizing a hearing aid for nearly 10 years. I have always been satisfied with my dealings with Amy Goodwine and her staff. They have always treated me with the utmost compassion, professionalism as well as respect.

OUTSTANDING, KNOWLEDGABLE, AND SUPER CARING!!!!! I took a young boy who was was diagnosed with congenital hearing at birth in his home country to see Dr Amy Goodwine. In his home country he was fitted with amplifier hearing aids that bothered him profoundly. Dr Goodwine performed test on the young man and she fitted him with a new hearing aide that has allowed him to hear more than what he was able to in all of his years since birth. Dr Goodwine gave the gift of sound to this young man. The young man and his mom were so happy beyond words that we all began to cry. I cannot thank Dr Goodwine enough for the happiness she gave to this young man. Dr Goodwine was professional yet personal in treating this young man. She made myself, the young man, and his family feel like she really cared. In addition, Kelly, the front staff, was very personal and caring too. This is a really GREAT place and I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Amy Goodwine to anyone that is having any hearing issues.
