Ascent Audiology & Hearing - McLean, VA

Dr. Anzola is always so welcoming and responsive to all her patients. The staff are lovely and the office has a very pleasant reception area. My new hearing aids are working out just wonderfully well for me, I was very apprehensive and had many questions. I highly recommend Dr. Anzola

Dr Anzola is incredibly responsive to patient needs. She and her staff turn on a dime to help when the unexpected occurs and time sensitive situations pop up. They are an extremely friendly office team.

I would say Dr. Anzola is a very kind lady plus she is highly professional, knows a lot regards to old age hearing and have always treated me with respect.

I don’t recommend this place because they are not honest at all. I made an appointment with Dr. Ana Anzola, but when I got there I saw Dr. Travis Stehouwer. I had done research and read reviews about Dr. Ana and yet I had to see another doctor who I didn’t know anything about. I told Dr. Stehouwer that I had done a diagnostic test two weeks ago with another office and I was there to get a second opinion. He asked if I had the test results and I said no, but I could have easily gotten the test reults from the other doctor. He said ok then let’s do a diagnostic test. He spent the entire appointment on that and when we actually got to ask questions he said there has been some miscommunication and we don’t have time to continue. He also charged me $50 for the diagnostic test and explained in detail that since I have already used my insurance at the other doctor my insurance wouldn’t cover the second diagnostic test so he recommended us to pay out of pocket. He could have mentioned that before he started the diagnostic test and I would have gotten him the test results without having to pay double and sit through another test and waste time.
