My dearly departed wife was a loyal customer of Heather's for years. She was deaf and always appreciated the personal, professional care she received from the Alexandria SONUS team! Now, it's my turn, LOL (blew out my hearing playing in rock bands as a kid). Got tested by Heather, and am looking forward to getting my new hearing aids. :-)

Sonus Alexandria was extremely polite and courteous as well as professional. I was seen on time and the audiologist explained the tests and results to me with detail, answering my many questions. I had a very good experience with Sonus Alexandria, and I highly recommend this location.
