Dr. Khatri is kind, professional, pleasant to work with and not at all pushy. I am working and active, and the hearing aids that Dr. Khatri showed me are very discreet, and can even be "dyed to match your hair"! My favorite comment when I tell people that I got hearing aids, is "Shouldn't you be wearing them?" And I am!!!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Pinky Khatri and the Family Hearing Services to anyone

I have been a patient of Dr. Khatri since early in 2017 when she noted a my need for hearing aids after my annual hearing test. From the moment I met her I knew she was an expert in her field. Dr. Khatri took the time to explain her diagnosis and guided me through several choices to get the best result based on my professional and personal needs. Along the way she thoroughly answered all of my questions with a smile and cheerful response. She is also available by phone which is very helpful when necessary. Finally, it goes without saying that her office staff is a reflection of Dr Khatri .. extremely professional, highly competent, and very pleasant.

Pinky is such a pleasure to work with, and she is a true expert in the field. I wouldn't settle--I had to go back for several adjustments, and Pinky was very accommodating and patient with me. I am so happy with Family Hearing Services and my new Oticon Dynamo!!

Family Hearing Services was recommended to me by Accolade and I could not be happier with this experience of buying new hearing aids. My old hearing aids were 6years old and I was over due to replace them. Pinky Pradeep Khatri was extremely helpful in choosing my new hearing aids not to mention helping me set them up properly and connecting them to my IPhone. Pinky Pradeep Khatri is very knowledgable about the latest technologies and takes the time to ensure you fully understand your choices in hearing aids and how to use the property.
