We have been in practice for 8 years, trained 2 doctoral level students, participate in a number of community events annual and have a host of community support. I am not quite sure what the last post was about, but I have been a long time patient with the office and I have always gotten great service. I was recently diagnosed with a cancerous tumor, and it would have gone unnoticed if my hearing test had been dismissed as just hearing loss. Due to the abnormality of my hearing test the audiologist recommended I have an MRI done. Because of her experience and quality of care, she saved my life! I cannot thank her enough. I would refer anyone to this office to include all of my family and friends. -Sunni

Terrible experience. I was clinically diagnosed and treated for hyperacusis by no less than 3 other audiologists and a neurotologist. Yet when I came here for an examination, she was disrespectful and without looking at any of my documentation or running any testing, but just by looking and talking AT me, told me I didn't have that problem, and it certainly wasn't as severe as I was saying (db test results stated). She continued to speak loudly at me, knowing it was causing me pain, being abusive, because she didn't believe me, just by looking at me. She needs to take a course in disability accommodation and sensitivity. Especially as a medical provider. Making snapshot assumptions about people based on how they appear is a terrible practice and she not only caused me pain, but she wrote up to the VA that I basically have no issue with hyperacusis even though I have a two year history of clear documentation of consistently seeing doctors faithfully trying desperately to fix this and get my life back. Shame on this doctor.
