Ride Cycling Studios

Absolutely love this place! The instructors create a really welcoming environment, you feel motivated and supported by the entire staff both mentally and physically. Each ride is an amazing experience from the moment you walk into the studio until the final stretch coming off the bike. After every class you receive an email with your performance which is SO helpful. It definitely helps me create goals and want to push myself further each time. Can't wait for my next ride soon!

Took a class with Katie and highly recommend! The class was both challenging and motivating at the same time. Not only did we ride the bike, but we worked on arms as well. So energizing and a great workout! The studio is also incredibly clean and accommodating. Staff helped me to adjust the bike to fit my size before the class and that made all the difference. You can tell all the employees really love what they do! 5 stars!

This place is so fantastic. The instructors are incredible - they really understand both how to make spinning truly fun as well as an insanely good workout. It's really affordable relative to other spin studios with similar styles and each of the teachers is so good I can walk in any day and take a class with somebody who has terrific music and rigorous routines. I love the free ab lab that comes with it - it means I get a complete full body workout. It's been really key in helping me lose weight and keep it off. Oh and it's beautiful and has great retail! What else could you ask for?

I've started and stopped so many workout routines because I've gotten hurt, bored, or because I'm operating outside my comfort / stretch zone, but Ride keeps me coming back! Ride offers so much!! Gorgeous space, super-hip retail, modern showers & bathrooms, immaculate studio, sophisticated & functional NEW equipment, free ab labs, friendly and helpful staff, and most importantly....AMAZING instructors who keep me working hard all class long!! I've been to other places and have never felt like I was being welcomed to a community of like-minded souls like I do at Ride. Bonus? As a yogi (read: attention to body form) and one who has suffered several injuries, I really, really, REALLY appreciate the attention to alignment in all aspects of the workout, and the continued direction on form throughout the classes. Nicole and her crew are never contented just to make you sweat - they want you to sweat in perfect alignment, and to workout in a way that is true to the needs and capacity of your specific body. If you're competitive, there are frequent competitions to join, and you'll get weekly emails with motivating messages, invites for special events, and schedule updates. So... why are you still here reading? Grab your sneakers (or better yet, try a pair of spin shoes for FREE when you get there), and just GO. Hope to see you there!

Ride is an amazing studio guaranteed to give you a great workout! The instructors and employees are extremely helpful and encouraging, whether it’s your first time riding or your 1000th - you will feel supported and pushed to work out to your best potential! The facilities are spotless and the apparel they sell is sooo cute too!! Great people, great music, great workout- all at a fair price - what more is there to look for in a spin studio!? HIGHLY recommended - and first ride is only $10!!!
