Rigg's Outdoor Power Equipment

I just went in to get help pumping up my tractor tire. The staff were so helpful. They took the time to show me how to do it properly so I can do it on my own from now on. They were awesome! Highly recommended.

New Honda mower used 2016 season, seemed loud but didn't take in. 2017 season, it was just as loud and started knocking! I checked the oil but didn't see any. So I added oil. The mower was supposed to have been filled when I got it. I decided to have them service it so January they pucked it up. I explained the noise. When returned, I was told it was fine and at no time was I told any more. In April I mowed for the first time, and it sounded horrible! At that point, it was picked up again and I was told it had no oil on the stick back in January! Long story short, they nor honda would do anything saying it was my fault! Thanks to Riggs in Valparaiso, I did get my service cost, which shouldn't have been done, back even though Don wouldn't! I bought a Home Depot Toro mower.

My son is up in Lafayette from Florida taking care of his father in law who had a stroke, he saved up and bought me his father a chainsaw I'm in Florida and he knew I needed one, he didn't realize I had just bought one down here, he went to take it back still brand new, he was with his mother and the situation was fully explained, Rigg's charged him $75 to put the brand new chainsaw back on the shelf, we will never go there again and would not recommend this company they do not deserve 1 star. Just read your response You are LYING there was no oil or gas ever put in that chain saw and you will sell it as new there would be no reason for you not to obviously you will do and say anything to beat a customer out of $75.

I work at Riggs. It's a great company...good group of people who are dedicated to customers. We try hard to stay competitive and give great customer service
