I'm shocked at the amount of stares I receive from the workers & security guards. I'm extremely friendly and polite, saying "hello, how are you?" And "thank you have a great day" just to ALWAYS with out fail be ignored. Every single cashier is RUDE. This store needs a SERIOUS lesson in customer service. Use this store as a LAST resort store ONLY! I'm not surprised at all the horrible reviews left by customers about Rio & the majority saying they'll never go here again. I hate when I have to go here. My money is better used on a clean store with kind friendly employees and quick service. This store SUCKS!!!!! The only 1 positive thing I can say is that the Mexican bread is delicious. That's it. To any managers or employees of the Perris Rio: You suck!!!!

We love there pizza. But when you want to place an order they Do Not answer there phones and when they do I'm literally on hold for like 10+ minutes and I have to call back because nobody will answer. Bad customer service and there employees are rude even the managers have no experience at all. Alicia is one of the managers there. She took my order I gave her my info and hung up on me. She didn't even apologize or said Thank you. Very disrespectful. So disappointed. I'm not sure who the real manager is there but they need to step it up and start firing there rude employees. They obviously do not care. They are going to loose alot of there business if they keep these people.

I used to love coming here for a quick shop and go but ever since they got that security guy he made me stop coming and I was a regular shopper here one day I had came with my mom and we were in a rush and what we were about to buy was right by the register and we were about to go in line and he asked to check my purse I felt so uncomfortable and violated for showing a man my personal items in my purse another time I came I had to use the bathroom so bad I was going to shop after but before I even got to the bathroom he asked to check my purse or to leave it in the front it was rude and what if I had an accident he wasn't going to buy me new clothes if i didn't make it and he wasn't going to clean the mess. I just hope he gets replaced with someone who has more respect and pays more attention to those who actually look suspicious. Don't get anything if you see him he will automatically assume you're a theif even though you have money and are wearing comfortable clothes he will assume you're homeless and poor or something like he needs to pay attention to the actual homeless and not be so harrasive and more respectful especially to women we have personal stuff in our purse that is embarrassing to let anyone see it's bad enough we have the movie person to worry about

I went to the meat department waited patiently for my turn for five minutes to be ignore they spoke Spanish I'm black I didn't understand nothing. At the end I walked out because they don't treat others with color the same as they treat there own kind. Really bad service I will NEVER spend another dollar in their store ever again.

Manager was a bit of a jerk. I purchased some pre packaged chicken one evening, put my groceries away, called it a night. Next day open the package it smelled DISGUSTING! It was spoiled. It was early afternoon when I returned to the store to get a refund or exchange it. The manager, a male wearing a blue polo type shirt no name tag or anything the like approached the register I was waiting at for assistance. I explained my situation and rather than apologize like any other business would have, he proceeds to basically scold me for not returning it that same day I purchased it. Really? What an ass! I'm sorry but that is not a professional way to handle a situation. How about the fact that I had to spend my gas and time to return to your store because if your improper perishable foods handling? The management needs some serious training in proper customer service, stat!
