Rio Ranch Market

When hear for the first time to use the utility bill paying service, arrived at about 11:45 but found out service wasn't available before noon. This was not a problem as I wanted to check out the facility anyway. First and foremost I found the store to be neat, clean, tidy and well-stocked! The produce section had in abundance of variety and well-stocked. The only problem that I encountered was with the utility bill payment Service, First the young lady that was working there arrived five minutes late and once she began it took a minimum of 5 to 8 minutes per customer and the line was out the door. This alone added 45 minutes of downtime as I wait to get through the line! I saw the manager look into the office and see that his employee was not there but he did little or nothing to rectify the problem, after she arrived I noticed that she also had additional duties of being like the head cashier which pulled her away from doing the utility service, this is absolutely ridiculous! Management should have stepped in and at least field in until his employer arrived or had somebody assigned to do the job, only thinking.

I have been going to this grocery store and will continue to do so in the future. Today I had a bad confrontation with the acting manager at the time. There are some peanuts I buy and this day in particular they were being advertised in a rack with two prices 59 cents and 3 for 99 cents. I asked for a price check and they came out to be 99 cents each. I asked why they were two different wrong prices and the manager said one of his employees put them up. He then added that he will not be honoring the price that was posted. He removed the 59 cents price and I asked what about the 3 for 99 cents and he said he will change it later in a rude smug tone of voice and left. He actually left it up and that is against the law to knowingly advertise a false price. He did it himself!! I took pictures and will be reporting to corporate.

Being shopping here ever since I lived here at jurupa. I was even there when the store open never in my life have I felt a thieves because I was wearing my Baby backpack. Security was judging me and pointing fingers saying I was stealing that I have yo put my bag in the front. No cuz I have important baby things like milk,diapers toys and my wallet. Am really am not happy about this consumer service I got, am very disappointed.

It's a great place to get Hispanic foods and the pan dulce and bolillos are freshly baked the everyday.
