Dr.Larry P. Was always very kind and gave me the smile of my dreams and his assistant Veronica was always so informative during my visits.She always had some cool new facts to share, she shows so much care! The front desk lady’s are welcoming and super sweet. I have brought my whole family here and recommend you stop wasting your time at these other sketchy places and just come here where the care and attention to detail really shows!!

I’ve been fortunate to visit a couple of Risas sites. All locations have been nothing but amazing. Unfortunately, due to the average communities of their locations, there’s a stigma and perhaps seen as not that great. Let me say, it’s the total opposite. Upon entering, their hospitality is amazing and all front desk staff is incredibly welcoming. Not only do they immediately offer one water, but they ask if you want it room temperature or ice cold. I’m honest in saying, I’ve never received that kind gesture—no matter if it seems small. My daughter was experiencing pain. We were able to schedule a same day appointment. She has always had a fear of dentists but she reported, she felt comfortable as soon as she sat on that dentist chair. Once her check-up was completed, Fernanda was able to describe all the treatment my daughter would need and answered every single question we had. Not once did I feel I was being overbearing or did she make me feel uncomfortable. She was genuine, friendly and very helpful. My daughter was scheduled for the next day for treatment and was pleasantly taken care of. Her treatment isn’t fully complete but the main issue has been taken care of. She will most definitely be returning to complete her treatment and for her regular checkups. May I add, they actually have pretty good music playing in the background too. :

Dr. Larry is a great orthodontist! He made sure I was happy with my teeth before removing the braces. His assistant Nicole was very professional and kind during my visits. I am very happy with the results!!

Dr. Pool was very caring,helpful and made sure I was numb before starting anything. His assistant Paulina was the best as well make sure I was okay, she reassure me everything will be okay. They both made me feel comfortable! Will recommend them to family!

Dr. Bonesteele and Mari were both professional and helpful. My mouth required a lot of work and they set up a plan to solve my issues quickly and affordably. Would highly recommend to anyone whether they need in-depth work or just a filling and cleaning.

I love this particular place. Dr. Larry is very personable and I enjoy talking to him. His assistant Nicole was nice and very personable as well

Dr. Jared Pool and Marimar were exceptional. Their friendly and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. Dr. Pool extracted all four of my wisdom teeth, while Marimar provided compassionate support and a thorough cleaning. Their expertise and care made the procedure a positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Pool and Marimar for their outstanding dental services. If you're under their care, you're in excellent hands. Both Dr. Pool and Marimar are passionate about their work, and I'm eager to see them for my next follow-up. Thank you.

Had a amazing experience here with my braces journey ! Dr Larry is very kind and the best when it comes to braces and my assistant today was Nicole and she was the best so sweet and patient !! I am definitely coming back !

Dr.Poul was amazing he briefly explained what I needed to get done including excellent communication & information. His assistant Maria did an amazing cleaning my teeth feel super clean!

I felt so happy with my appointment until a few days after when I realized that my chipped molar wasn’t fixed. When I went in, it was one of the two issues I brought to their attention. They were able to schedule me in fairly fast but once I called back and told them my issue, the best they could do was have me walk in Friday 2-5 and see if they might be able to do something then. I went in around 3:35 and waited until 4:10 or 4:15 but left because I find it ridiculous that on top of failing to fix my issue, charging me over $400 and now lacking accountability, yall also cannot give me an appointment to fix your mistake. Either way, I didn’t want to complain to the young lady helping me because it isn’t her fault so I asked for the customer care number, they had to me on hold for 7 minutes just to say the manager isn’t available and that there supposedly isn’t a way to file a complaint online so here I am, upset, unable to contact anyone who can help, unable to get an appointment until Saturday, July 20th, with a chipped tooth still.
