Rise and Shine Pilates and Wellness

This place, the instructors and the people are absolutely amazing! You immediately feel the love and good energy when you walk in the door. The workouts are designed so that all fitness levels can jump in and join a class. The instructors all take the time needed to teach each person to ensure that they are getting the best workout, while being aware of all possible injuries or issues one is having that day. I leave every time feeling empowered and strong!

Took the Align class and it was the best investment in me! In this class I learned new things, refreshed on things I knew but didn’t practice, and (maybe best of all) connected with new people who became fast friends. The group started not knowing one another, and came through as a connected supportive tight knit system. The lessons learned were simple, and easy to put into every day practice. Wendy still touches base with the group months later, and couldn’t be a better life coach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I love this place! I am not a picture perfect person, I am a larger woman with lots to love. Unlike the gym where I was made to feel bad about myself, this place accepted me for who I am. You are not made to feel bad no matter what size you are. The instructors care about you as a person. They ask you what's going on with you, they help tailor the workout to your limitations and needs. The owner Wendy is one of the nicest people on the planet! I love this place!

Rise and Shine is my happy hour, happy place! I love how I feel during my class. The instructors all great. Take a class... and you will be hooked. It is more than just working out, you gain confidence, and self awareness and community.
