The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional rude and they like to attend certain people first no matter how long I have been there waiting.
The whole pharmacy staff need to be replaced with new ones. Bunch of rude staff. They all lack professional manners. Rite Aid need to get rid of them all and find people who are ready to treat customers well.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! MY SCRIPT WAS FAXED 11:30. I CAME TO PICK IT UP AT 3 AND IT WASN'T READY AND TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 40 MIN!! THATS NOT RIGHT
