You are put on hold at least 15 minutes before you can ask a question. I was having a prescription delivered and asked that a second one be added to it. The gentleman who answered the phone said he would take care of it and, as usual for this store, he didn’t. Very very poorly staffed and managed!
We went to the pharmacy for Covid test. They were very helpful and informative. Didn't have to pay for 8 free test because of the assistance they gave. They were very patient at the pharmacy and answered every question I had. Covid test was negative!!!! Thank GOD!!!!!
Not professional at all. Never ever went to a store where the Supervisor Shellea was very argumentative and act like she was going to fight me because I came back in to make a complaint bout her professional customer service that she never displayed. She was cursing at me in front of employees and customer. Police was there for a theft situation couldn't even advise her to calm down. All because she knew she was wrong and played victim. Everything is on camera, everything! This is not over I will be going corporate on her. The employees could not even handle her. The disrespect was an all time high. I even tried to talk to employees but she kept interrupting and being so loud. This woman should not be in Customer service. She even walked up on me like to fight yelling GET OUT MY STORE like I'm some child...Store number 01782.
Very, very unprofessional. Went to pick up money from Western union. Cashier gave me some of the money. Told me I had to wait until she made the rest of the money. I stood there not really knowing what else to do. After some time she went in the office and came back with the money. I come back the next day to get something else. I go to complain about the cashier from yesterday and she comes out the back yelling and cussing. The police were already there for a shoplifter so they came out and asked her to calm down. All the loud talking, cursing, and threats to have me removed all because I wanted to make a complaint. Not to mention this is supposed to be a manager. Her co workers just stood around trying to calm her down. Who gets so upset about a customer complaint? She lucky corporate was closed today. No problem. I will be calling corporate for store#01782. Hope they have a sit down with Shellea.
Pharmacist made me wait 3 hours before telling me they didn't have my meds. Knew I was late for work. Could not have cared less. Waited 3 HOURS! it was supposed to be ready for pick up. Ignorant, and caustic. We don't care, we don't have to, we're RITE AID!!!
Slow and ghetto… wait is at least 30 mins in drive through. These jobs need to pay more so people will be motivated and encouraged to work! With everything increasing no body want to work for $11.00 no more! I blame the company! I guess I’ll mail order with Caremark!
I called to verify an appointment for COVID-19 testing at the N Market St site in Wilmington DE. I found the person answering the phone was very rude and lacked customer service skills. She interjected when I was stating the reason for my call her was to verify an appointment. She cute me off saying we close at six. When I read her the text message I received is when I realized I had the wrong date. She bluntly stated that's tomorrow not today and slammed down the phone while I was apologizing for my error.
It's very sad when you look at the reviews at this Rite Aid and you as a customer know ever negative. comment is 100 hundred percent right they have No respect for customers at all here when you go to the pharmacy and it's very sad I'm so upset with this pharmacy and it's works i refuse to keep getting my medicine filled here so I'm going to take the ride to Marsh Rd where you are respected as a person and customer
I went there to pick up my prescription on Friday and as I was waiting, there was a lady who couldn’t speak English and either the pharmacist or pharmacy technician was repeatedly talking to her very loud telling her about some medication. It’ was just rude talking loud and walking how is someone supposed to hear you?? I felt bad for that lady. Finally technician came to help me out skinny dark skinned young lady. Stingy attitude!! she was talking to me as I was bothering her. She couldn’t find my medication and immediately handed me my license and walked away. I wanted to ask her a question but she was very unprofessional. I followed her in the isle to ask her if there is any possibility to see where my medication could been sent. She rudely reply with a mean face “I already told you we don’t have it here”. I didn’t say anything just looked at her and left.
