Riverview Flea Market

We went here because my husband had never been to or heard of a flea market so I wanted to show him. Most of the shops were closed on Sunday which, to me, seems like prime flea market poking around time. Everything was sort of heaped together and hard to look at. Fun to walk through once just to see if anything strikes your fancy but the minute you spend a second looking at something, it’s like they can smell your thought gears turning and they come out of every nook and cranny to persuade you to buy something.

Visited Saturday around 2:30pm. A lot of the shops were open but it was pretty slow. A bit off the highway but only about ten minutes. It was large enough to spend an hour or two in. Antiques, memorabilia, musical instruments and the usual cheap fair offered by a flea market. Some fresh produce. BBQ place in the back. A nice indoor way to kill some time.

This is a hidden treasure of mine! There are antique pictures and trinkets to handmade elegant dresses for any occasion. There is also a few retail clothing stores for women and men with prices ridiculously cheap!!!!! Bargains and deals that are too good to be true! There is a fresh produce stand, shoe store and even a store very similar to the dollar store itself which also has a variety of necessities and wants at low and affordable prices! Also inside is a barbor shop, a head shop and a gaming store that buys, sells and trades all electronic video games from new to old!! Neat little flea market that is surprisingly big on the inside!

I don't know why so many people leave negative reviews. This place is a flea market, I don't know what they expect. They have lots of little shops plus some big ones. The building is cooled so you don't have to walk around outside is the heat like most flea markets. I purchased a pretty cool lamp from one of the shops. I will be going back.

Nice air-conditioned flea market but a lot of the booths were closed on Saturday.
