Riviera Maya Mexican Restaurant

Very recommended! The food is out right, excellent! But the staff is what makes this place a must go destination. Whether it's your 1st visit or you're a regular as we have become - you're treated like family! Very popular so you might have to wait a short bit on weekend evenings. You move quick though. It's definitely worth it.

Ok so I write a review once for this place that was very good but after my recent visit I have to switch it up. The service was terrible. They came and made our guacamole which apparently is only meant for decoration because we didn't get chips to go along with it for about a half hour. Then it took an hour to get our main courses which both made my wife and I sick. My wife had to call out of work because she was violently vomiting at 2am. The food was good but not that good. Don't eat here unless you have some kind of eating disorder and you enjoy vomiting so hard that you bleed.

You want to talk about Mexican food this is really authentic and one of the best eateries ever found in New Jersey itself what alone North Jersey middle of nowhere pricing is very good lots of food for your money drinks drink specials at happy hour or fantastic large margaritas so bring a designated driver highly recommend anything on their menu for I have eaten just about everything and have traveled from Massachusetts to Florida in search of good Mexican food and this is about the best that I found in my travels in my 48 years so if you're tired of cooking by the fire staying in Stokes State Forest try and if you like Mexican you got to try this place

Wish this place wasn't so good. My girlfriend always wants to go here and the food is great. The only problem I have is the drive to get there.

Great staff, wonderful food, great drinks. Andre is the best house manager he remembers his customers and makes you feel like family
