Barely decent service, they overprice everything that can be done for cheaper at a local Walmart! And they have no return policy on frames! What if I don't like the frames I chose and changed my mind? There should be a window period to exchange them. I didn't even get to wear my new ones yet before I decided I wanted a different frame. This should be no problem. Considering I'm paying close to $500 for your services, you should change my stupid frames!

My aunt ordered glasses & paid for them upfront. When she went to pick them up they were the wrong ones. She was told she could take what they ordered or pay to have new lenses made; another couple hundred dollars! This is NOT how you do business! Hire someone that can write down a frame number on an order form correctly & get someone that knows customer service! She will be contacting BBB!
