Pritchett Eye Care Associates

Had an appointment for over six months for the members of my family. We live forty-five minutes away. We were called days before our appointment to cancel it because Pritchett bought out the practice we were attending. Zero effort was made to schedule us with a new doctor, for the same day, or any other day. The gal who called was audibly chewing gum in my ear, and couldn't form a sentence without the use of "like", "um", "yeah well", etc. To top it off, after I told her we would find a new doctor closer to home, we immediately got an email saying our eye exams were over due. Sure they are. You just called to cancel them and didn't offer us new appointments for exams. What a joke. Obviously, not concerned about the patients, and do not have their stuff together. Very poor replacement for Eye Tech Vision Care and their staff.

This office is the absolute best. The staff went above and beyond to help my children and I. From the moment we walked in they made us feel welcome. Their glasses are top quality.

A very friendly and professional business. A complete and thorough eye examination can be found here. Many frames and brands to choose from. Highly recommended.

Went in for a lasik surgery consultation, but they gave me a medical consulation and charged me $89 for the service, which was supposed to be covered by my insurance.

very kind staff! Very warm and welcoming environment! I truly enjoyed my very first visit ever to an eye doctor! I would highly recommend this location to anyone! the Eye doctor was great, all the testing was great! Thank you to everyone at Pritchett eye care!
