We have been coming here for years and we have always recieved excellent customer service. Today my son switched from glasses to contact lenses and the sweet lady spent extra time teaching him how to use them. She was very nice and comforting. Thank you

Rude staff! I was standing at the desk and everyone having side talks even though they saw me. Not doing business there anymore!

I was treated professionally and courteously. Their equipment is modern and the Doctor knew his stuff.

So it started with the desk workers being rude to my mom while she waited, then they let me order a pair of glasses they only then told me was on back order after they were already a week late, so the lady asked me if I'd like to order a different pair, I agreed and picked another pair they said would be ready in a few days. When I came to pick up my glasses they were the wrong frames and the lady had never even put down the glasses I changed my order too in her notes. She then continued to deny that they were the wrong glasses or that they made a mistake. I will never go back at this point obviously, but neither with my husband who had gone to them as a child and convinced me to go, from what I understand at this point they switched hands and are no longer being run by the same people from when he was kid. Though that's really no excuse.
