Wildcreek Eye Care

Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit at Wildcreek Eye Care. The staff was professional and courteous. Once signed in, I waited for just a few minutes (definitely under 5) before the medical assistant took me through a battery of tests, including one that I had paid $25 extra for at one of those mall places! After those tests, I waited maybe 2 minutes for Dr. Hum, and he was great! Professional and very thorough, and what I loved most was that he took the time to explain things to me, as well as to listen and respond to the few questions I had. Afterwards, the lady assisting me with my glasses was also thorough in explaining my insurance benefits and was not pushy at all. She let me look around and pick my frames, was just pleasant. Everyone here is quite pleasant and I have definitely found my new eye care office! Moreover, I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you Dr. Hum and Staff!!

The experience was enjoyable, considering it's an eye exam! The doctor and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Their inventory was sufficient and I was able to pick out a great pair of prescription Oakley for a great price, even better with insurance. The parking is not the best but also sufficient.

We both appreciate the friendliness and caring of the staff at Wildcreek Eye Care. After moving away for over 10 years and coming back to Reno and to Dr. Hum for my eye exams, I was impressed that he remembered me. That tells you how much interest he takes in his patients. We are not just the usual "number". We have every confidence that we are getting the best care.
