Once you can find the place as I was visiting from out of state, its in the basement it was great. But seriously, I have never been to a supermarket where they had more security dressed in black hsn actual employees dressed in red that will follow your every move. It's like big government watching u. I was in law enforcement 15 years and it's obvious the amateurs with walkie talkies are following you as I looked like an outsider. Lol just really weird! And I had minimal food items in my cart, look at my cart! Milk and chilli, lol. Is that how Boston is? I guess it keeps out the homeless!

Good and convenient grocery store but poor customer service. Every single time I go to a register to pay the cashier will barely acknowledge me, not even looking me in the eye while chit chatting with coworkers. I get it’s a low skill job but even just wishing customers a nice day would be the bare minimum and reflects badly on company values

Staff is wonderful though some are skittish of having their pictures taken! The upstairs convenient store has a varied assortment of hot foods for on the go folks! Don't understand all the security! Produce is my favorite as the crew is very engaging & a jolly sort indeed! Caption Kurk the Political Music Man.

This place is more expensive than any other Roche Bros. but the location is uncontested. They have great fresh produce and meat and it's a really big supermarket too! Very conveniently located and easy to walk to.

It is a great store. I like it. The management is usually excellent and the produce are fresh. My only problem is last time I was there, there were so many delivery people shopping and they were so rude. Not just that they were scary. A guy took away my cart and almost pushed me away to go get some bananas! And one was moving his basket around like crazy. I hope they put some security in the store, especially in Sunday evening.

Nice and clean store. Somethings are cheaper than others places. By the way they have a huge beer& wine selection. A huge cheese selection. You need lunch they have a small food court. Soups, salads, and other great meal packages. Down in the basement get a fresh cold sub. Oh yeah. They treat people with disabilities with a lot of respect and dignity.

I WOULD BE REALLY CAREFUL WITH ANYTHING VALUABLE WHILE IN THE STORE. APPARENTLY SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE VERY STICKY FINGERS WHEN IT COMES TO OTHER PEOPLES BELONGINGS. MANGMENT APPARENTLY KNOWS AND REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. BOSTON PD REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING.

Full service supermarket in the heart of downtown. Great prices, excellent selection. We got several meals here instead of always eating at overpriced restaurants while visiting Boston

A surprise full service super market in the middle of the city. A full up market plus a bunch of prepared food options. Hot food, ready to heat items, made to order sandwiches. And a selection of beer & wine-- this is Massachusetts!

i prefer to buy my groceries always i will go zo the buther shop for my keat n then market basker or stop n shop for rest but i went for first tine to Roche Bros and i was anle to get wuskity meat n my veggies n sslsds n all rest at one zime and prices werent too bad so i def will tell ppl about it n be going here alot now !!
