Friendly service and short wait the receptionist are sometimes rude otherwise a great practice

It is always a good experience i have here at Rochester Hills Family Practice. I see Dr. Joseph Fuller who always devotes a good deal of time, as busy as he is. Dr. Fuller is quick to explain any procedures i have had done or will have done in the future. He addresses any of your concerns as well. My family also feels the same way. We also enjoy Dr. Fuller's nurse Joann and his secretary Nancy. Both of these women are so competent & caring. Enjoy talking to Joann about her pet cats and i share stories about all our animal rescues. Thank you for being there for me and my family.

Great doctors, great practice. I have been going to them for nearly fifteen years and am always pleased.

Wouldn't recommend Kathleen MacLean - she abruptly stopped psychiatric medication for my wife because it "wasn't her job", even though the only psychiatrist we could get to was booked for months. Also, their scale fluctuates wildly - both my wife and I went in, were weighed, then were back within a week and somehow weighed 60lbs more. On the discharge papers, it was even listed, but when we brought it up they claimed there was no fault in their equipment...but they also didn't seem concerned that we somehow inexplicably gained 60lbs in a few days. This happened at least twice, to both my wife and I. Also - we needed paperwork faxed to DHHS, and called multiple times - they claimed to have done it, and my wife said she heard them trying in the background, but it took no less than seven attempts until DHHS received the paperwork. Either end's fax could have been on the fritz, but it was still concerning. The grief we got from them also wasn't welcome - it's part of their job, yet they didn't seem to want to do it, or do it right. We weren't being rude about it, it's just frustrating when you need something from your doctor and they don't follow through, and act like you're an inconvenience for trying to get them to.
