If you are looking for a facility that will make you feel unimportant, will make you wait well past your appoint times to see your PCP, who will make sure to not follow through on calling in prescriptions time and time again, then this is the place for you... It's a shame really, 95% of the issue is office staff and their LNAs, most of the providers that practice there are actually really great. Thank you for letting me down yet again.

There is no better care in the seacoast than Salmon Falls, Dr. Joshi. Been a patient since he was on Central ave.-continuity is definitely best. Able to divorce themselves of the conservative approach of the WWD system, they fill a niche void others could not. I also see Dr. Sulak in Falmouth and combined these two pole vault over the rest and are the leaders. Been a patient of WWD and Frisbee, no comparison. Had 10 plus providers who just do not get it-these folks do. Yes there were bumps in the road, and with no insurance a real feat. Got it done-understand me, my needs, my limits and total satisfaction the result. No unneeded visits, responsive, accountable and willing to correct any complaints I have without me going to extremes-we all are very busy and I only get to do the needed after work-a small window, and they completely accommodate me, and I am handicapped so with all this I send any and all to Salmon Falls-thanks for the great efforts and results.

Have had my children at this practice with CLAIRE MENARD for years have brought my sons behavior to her attention for 8 years she has done nothing to help him instead she made accusations about me and then has called dcyf for a missed appointment if ur smart u will not bring ur children here they will not receive the proper medical care especially if there I an underlying medical condition sorry homeopathic remedies dont work

The Doctor I see there is wonderful. The front staff is great. There is, however, a systems issue. It is rare that I get a call back or that prescriptions and referrals are completed with out my having to call multiple times - we are talking weeks before they follow through. I stayed with them out of loyalty for years. At this point, I am, sadly, moving on. I am hoping they fix the issues - I hate to leave good providers!
