Rock Spot is a terrific, relaxed gym. The atmosphere is friendly, they have a nice gear shop, free yoga classes, easy parking (and a short walk from the Reading commuter rail station). My son has been going there for four years and we know the place inside and out. They really do strive to welcome all ages and all talents, as their slogan goes.

This is not a comment about the rock climbing experience. I’ve never used their facility. However I have delivered food to this place on ten or more occasions in recent past.They always ask for timed delivery so no qualms about being fussy and demanding as to how the service is provided but when it comes to showing appreciation for my hard work it’s like they tell you with their action: “go screw”. They may have tipped me once after all those visits and that was probably just an ‘accident’ as the receiver was not the usual person. Then from the usual receiver at the front entrance counter I get this outright lie about “oh we handle the tip on the invoice...” Ha! They were paying by card at the time of delivery. It was quite obvious there was no deferred payment or invoice arrangement. The management and/or rank & file from my perspective were a bunch of un appreciative low class doosh bags. Sorry but if you don’t want to tip you should get off your backside and pick your food up. That would be what you call: ‘being decent’. Thanks, have a great day and as I like to say: have some class...if you can!

I'm on team Rock Spot and it is always the highlight of my week. The staff is amazing and the routes are changed regularly, which keeps it exciting. I love the place and the atmosphere it creates.

Did a Birthday there with my kids. Staff was VERY flexible, we changed the number of kids a few times with some cancellations and some additions. All the kids and adults had a great time.
