AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Couldn't complete job when promised and threatened customer when questioned. Long story short, there are too many other options in CO Springs to patron a business who's owner acts this way towards a customer. Edit: Owner is confused on when item was promised. I was specifically told "couple weeks" never once did he communicate 6 weeks. At two different times he specifically mentioned the item would be done "that week". After two weeks of those promises I picked up the piece. The contract does not state a completion date. It's unfortunate that the owner who was the one shouting profanities and making threats (as another customer walked in his door) would try to turn the blame onto me. I was frustrated due to the continued missed deadlines, but at no point was I "very agitated" or made any "rude/rash" statements. I dropped off a small trim panel to be recovered, as a test for a larger job. The owner told me that it would be a "couple weeks" to complete the job. After two weeks went by I called to check in, the owner said that it wasn't done but it would be next week. I called back at the end of the next week and once again I was informed that it was not done and it would be done "next week". Of course at the end of that week it still wasn't touched. I stopped by to pick up the part. The owner gave me the excuse that he was 8 weeks behind, even though he said 2 when the part was dropped off. When I called him out on this conflict, he got extremely angry. The owner then began to yell, shout out obscenities and even threaten harm as I was walking out the door. I have NEVER been treated in such a way from a business. The owner continued shouting profanities as other customers were walking in.

Steve and his team did pro work on my motorcycle seat. He helped me pick out the thread, the style and spacing of the ribs, a fabric that would last, etc. The seat looks so good on my bike now. Love it!

Rocky Mountain Upholstery did an outstanding job recovering our vintage Lazy Boy recliner. They lined up the paisley print from the skirt all the way up the back of the chair. Steve was very knowledgeable about the fabrics and helped guide us in our selection. They stripped it to the bones and build it back up. You end up with a chair looking like it just came from the showroom. Steve and the team don’t miss anything — Even cleaned up the wood arms. We are so pleased with the craftsmenship — 100% recommendation !!!!!!!

Steve and his crew did an excellent job!! I went in to have seats reupholstered as a surprise for my boyfriend. He helped me purchasing the correct seats and pick out the fabrics. Steve went out of his way to help surprise my boyfriend when he went up pick them up. He also reupholstered my center console for my truck. It is better quality than when it was brand new from the factory. These guys do an amazing job and I will now be taking all my business to Rocky Mountain Upholstery!!!!

Rocky Mountain redid my driver's side front seat on my late model Lexus sedan. The fabric match and craftsmanship were outstanding. Steve was great to wirk with and I intend to have them work on my other vehicles in the future.
