My husband and I have moved many times and used many different kennels and Rocky Top is by far the best! We have high-energy dogs that are sometimes stressed when kenneled and Rocky Top has always handled them with love and care. Their kennels are very clean and well taken care of. We know we can rest easy when kenneling our dogs at Rocky Top. The staff know us and our pets by name, and are always very pleasant when we are in.

I really don't know what went on while she was there all I know is my dog did not come home the same. She was excited when we picked her up but her energy was not the same... I know that probably sounds weird but we know our dogs personality and she just wasn't herself... She obviously lost weight because her collar slipped right off her neck when we were walking out. And she is napping with us in our room and she never naps with usshe usually has to be crated so she will sleep at night because she is so active.. also whining and twitching in her sleep she has NEVER DONE THAT. And drinking so much water she gagged..... like I said I don't know what happened... I wasn't there, however I know my dog... and the depressed dog the is laying at the foot of my bed is not the energetic pit bull I know...

Professional staff, very clean facilities. We had special needs animals that they catered to. They took care of our dogs for a week and we have absolutely no complaints, we would take our girls there again without hesitation.
